Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for physical goods within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us within that period and return the item within 14 days of notifying us.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. To start a return, contact us at info@thedentalshaman.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or was sent in error. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Original delivery charges are refunded when the full order is cancelled within the 14-day cancellation period.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund if you notify us within 30 days of delivery. We will also cover the cost of return shipping. Please email us with photos of the issue and your order number.

Digital Products & Courses

For digital content and online courses, you agree that access begins immediately upon purchase and you waive your statutory right to cancel once you have started downloading or streaming the content. If you have purchased a course in error and have not accessed the materials, contact us within 14 days and we will review your request.

Exceptions

• Gift cards are non-refundable.
• Signed or personalised books cannot be returned unless faulty.
